About the position: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a strategic role focused on developing large or high profile projects with existing and prospective critical facilities environment customers. The successful BDM candidate will focus specifically on mission critical data center environments in the Southwestern region.. The BDM will spearhead the preparation and presentation of proposals for the appropriate facility management services and any other design, build, O&M or energy services needed to help customers optimize their critical environment operations. Success in this role will depend on a thorough understanding of the project development and consultative sales process as well as a strong working knowledge of the design, build, operations and maintenance of mission critical environments, especially data centers and similar critical facilities. The BDM will be empowered to sell a comprehensive range of Energy and Facility Solutions to existing and prospective critical environment customers, including the development of a business and sales plan for the southwestern area.
