Companies looking to hire throughout the U.S. are seeking carpentry professionals with a skill set that includes:
- Experience in mainly residential but also commercial construction and remodeling.
Rough framing to completed projects, including shell work to completed finish.
Some punch-out experience is usually helpful.
- Exposure to the overall construction process.
- Good communication skills with the ability to supervise and manage others.
- A proven track record showing projects done on time and within budget.
- Responsibilities with tools and equipment.
